Fenestration Manitoba, the association representing Manitoba’s window and door manufacturing industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nancy Zubriski as Association Manager.
Nancy Zubriski, owner of Zubriski and Associates, has an extensive background in event management, office administration, and event and mission planning for government and industry associations in both private and public sector environments. Nancy brings numerous valuable skills to a volunteer organization such as Fenestration Manitoba such as budget development and monitoring, bookkeeping, membership management and office operations. Prior to launching Zubriski & Associates, Nancy held the position of Trade Assistant at The International Trade Centre in Winnipeg where she coordinated and managed the international visit programs, events and missions.
Over the coming months, Fenestration Manitoba will be working to develop training and events of importance to the Fenestration industry as well as continuing to foster relationships with government, educational institutions and the private and public sector with a view to ensuring energy efficiency in the fenestration industry.
The executive of Fenestration Manitoba – President Ryan Dudeck, Paramount Windows & Doors; Gary Glowa, Inkster Park Millwork; Dan Friesen, Berdick Windows & Doors; Bryan Boyle, Intertek-ATI; Gary Blad, Loewen Windows; Lisa Bergeron, JELD-WEN and Past President, Al Dueck, DUXTON Windows & Doors – have begun several new initiatives in the past several months with the assistance of Nancy. She has proven to be a valuable asset and very well organized.
The Fenestration Manitoba executive would like to express our gratitude to Monica Derksen, Principal, Ethero Event Management, for their important contribution to the launch of Fenestration Manitoba. We wish them continued success as they re-align their business to focus on Event Management.
